Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Welcome. By creating an account or using Stay In Love ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
What this app is — and isn't
This app is an educational tool based on Dr. Kia's 4F Relationship Communication Framework. It is designed to help individual adults reflect on their communication patterns and try new conversational tools with a romantic partner.
It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health treatment, legal advice, or a crisis service. Using the app does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or professional relationship of any kind.
If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or in an unsafe relationship, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person, one account. Sharing an account with a partner is not supported and may compromise the privacy the app is designed to protect.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the content you write into the app. Please don't include information about other people that they would not consent to being written down.
Content ownership
Your notes and reflections belong to you. We store them so we can show them back to you across sessions; we don't sell them, share them, or use them to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Please don't use the app to attempt to break, probe, or abuse the service, to harm others, or to attempt to identify or contact other users. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
No guarantees
Relationships are complex. We can't and don't promise particular outcomes from using the app. It's a tool for reflection and practice — the work is still yours to do.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
